Reflecting on a Remarkable Year for NutritionFacts.org
As we wrap up 2024, it’s time to celebrate the milestones and accomplishments that have shaped NutritionFacts.org this year. This journey wouldn’t be possible without the unwavering support of our dedicated community—thank you for being a crucial part of our mission.
Major Achievements of 2024
One of the standout moments of the year was Dr. Greger’s book tour for his New York Times Best-Seller How Not to Age. This tour took him to over 70 events, engaging thousands from the United States, Canada, and Europe. Alongside this, our companion webinar series drew in a phenomenal audience of more than 9,000 participants eager to learn ways to enhance their longevity and vitality.
New Faces and New Work
This year also marked a significant development in our research capacity with the hiring of Dr. Kristine Dennis as our first Senior Research Scientist. Her expertise is set to elevate our initiatives and ensure we continue providing impactful information to our audience.
Published Works and Increased Reach
In adding to our resources, we proudly self-published our first book entitled Ozempic: Risks, Benefits, and Natural Alternatives to GLP-1 Weight-Loss Drugs, making crucial information accessible to those seeking guidance on weight management options. Our online engagement soared, highlighted by nearly 400,000 blog views on WeChat in just one month.
Looking Ahead to 2025
We are excited about our upcoming projects, including the much-anticipated How Not to Age Cookbook, developed in collaboration with renowned recipe creator Robin Robertson. Our focus remains on empowering individuals with evidence-based nutrition and health information.
Join Us in Celebrating Health and Wellness
As we look forward to another year, we encourage everyone to continue this journey of health and wellness with us. Your support not only boosts our initiatives but enriches our community. Together, let’s commit to sharing knowledge that promotes healthier living.
