In an impressive showcase of talent and determination, Ordean East Middle School student Gemma Kim ranked among the top 60 contestants at the prestigious Scripps National Spelling Bee held in Washington, D.C., earlier this week. Competing against a fierce field of 243 spellers from across the nation, Gemma's enthusiasm and skill truly set her apart as she advanced through six demanding rounds.
