The Avonlea Townhome Association has now communicated that the expenses from July’s wind and hailstorm will amount to $17,000 per unit, a cost divided among 147 members of the community. Johnson, reflecting on the situation, remarked, "I’m on the hook for $17,222... I have to figure out how to come up with that money."
